Privacy Policy
This policy explains what this independent editorial review site does with information about the people who read it.
Compare against the sponsorWhat information do you collect about me, and what do you not collect?
We keep this site useful by collecting as little as possible. When you read a page, our systems record basic technical details: the type of device and browser you use, the pages you open, the time of your visit, the site that referred you, and a shortened or masked version of your network address. If you use the contact form on this site, we receive whatever you choose to type there, including any name or contact detail you decide to give us.
We do not ask for and do not want your financial details, your trading account credentials, your national identity number, your bank or wallet information, or any record of deposits, withdrawals or positions. We do not run accounts, we do not process payments, and we do not hold client funds. This site is an editorial resource about a broker; it is not the broker and is not connected to it.
We do not buy personal data from data brokers, and we do not build profiles of individual readers for advertising. If a page asks you for something that seems unnecessary for reading a review, you are free to leave it blank.
How do you measure how the site is used?
We use standard measurement tools to understand which reviews are read, how long pages take to load, and which devices readers use. This information is aggregated. It tells us how the site performs as a whole, not who you are. We look at counts and trends, not at individual visitors.
Where possible, we set measurement to work without cookies or with the shortest possible memory. If a tool does set a small file on your device, it is there to distinguish one visit from another, not to follow you across other websites for advertising. We do not sell advertising space based on your behaviour, and we do not pass measurement data to brokers for their marketing.
Who sees my information, and who is it never sold to?
Only the people who run this site and the service providers that host it or provide its measurement tools can see the technical records described above. Those providers act on our instructions and are bound to use the data only to deliver the service. If the law requires us to disclose something, we will disclose only what is demanded and, where we are allowed, tell you about it.
We never sell personal data. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to a broker, an affiliate network, an advertising exchange, or any other commercial party for their own use. This site has no commercial relationship with the broker it reviews, and nothing you type here is passed to that broker.
How long do you keep records?
Technical logs are kept for a short period, long enough to check that the site is working and to look into abuse, and are then deleted or reduced to anonymous counts. Messages sent through the contact form are kept only while we deal with the question or correction they raise, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the same matter comes up again.
When a record is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, we remove it. Aggregated statistics, which no longer identify anyone, may be kept for longer because they help us understand readership over time.
What are my rights, and how do I use them?
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to a particular use. You can also withdraw any consent you gave, such as agreeing to be contacted through the form. These rights apply to the limited information described in this policy.
To make a request, use the contact form on this site and say what you want us to do. We may ask a question or two to confirm that the request is really yours, but we will not ask for documents we do not need. We answer within a reasonable time and explain our reasons if we cannot do something.
This site is meant for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of eighteen. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, tell us through the contact form and we will remove it. We may update this policy as the site changes; the version published here is the one that applies.
